Kevin Kenny
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Kevin became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EBI in May 2025. His relationship with the firm stems from his Strategic Executive role with Avista Healthcare Partners, the Private Equity firm which purchased EBI® at that time.
Kevin brings extensive experience in the medical device sector, having most recently served as President of the Global Spine segment at Orthofix Medical (NASDAQ: OFIX), where he led the spinal implants, biologics and bone healing solutions teams. Kevin served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Cardiovascular Systems Incorporated, where he drove global business strategies focused on the development and commercialization of new cardiovascular products. He also held various leadership roles at Medtronic Spine and Biologics, including Vice President of U.S. Sales, during his nine-year tenure. Earlier in his career, Kevin held senior sales leadership positions at both Bausch and Lomb, and at B. Braun/McGaw.
Kevin previously served on the Board of Directors for the Medical Device Manufacturers Association. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.

Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFO/COO)
Vincent (Vinny) became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of EBI in April 2024 after spending 4 years as the Vice President and General Manager of the business.
Vinny has over a decade of experience in the medical device industry and over 25 years of experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry. Vinny most recently served as the Vice President and General Manager of EBI where he led strategic initiatives for the bone growth stimulation business while managing the company through consecutive divestitures.
Prior to joining EBI, Vinny served as the Senior Director of Accounting & Finance at Medco Health Solutions/Express Scripts where he led the merger integration for the combined company as well as oversaw the strategic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) activities in the finance and accounting organization.
Vinny previously served as a Board Trustee member for the Store Worker’s local union pension fund. He earned his B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey.
